This course provides hands-on clinical experience for aspiring principals and directors in authentic educational settings. Participants engage in practical activities aligned with the roles and responsibilities of school/district leaders. Emphasis is placed on observing effective leadership practices, collaborating with stakeholders, and applying theoretical knowledge in real-world contexts. Through guided reflection and mentorship, participants develop essential leadership skills, including decision-making, communication, and problem-solving. This experiential learning opportunity enables participants to deepen their understanding of educational leadership and prepares them for the challenges and opportunities of school/district administration.
