Reading 460
This course will focus on the reading comprehension process. This course will also include in-depth examination of: study skills, content area reading, integration of children's literature into the reading program, special needs, classroom organization, management and assessment.
Other Requirements: PREREQ: READING 360 OR READING 361 AND PROFESSIONAL ED ADMISSION

Sections 1 and 3 of READING 460 will meet during its scheduled times from Monday, January 22 until Friday, March 9. All sections will be in Field Study from Monday, March 12 until Friday, May 4. Methods block classes will resume at their normally scheduled times beginning Monday, May 7 until Friday, May 11. If you register for section 1 of READING 460 then you MUST register for section 1 of ELEMMID 422. If you register for section 2 of READING 460 then you MUST register for section 2 of ELEMMID 422, etc. Student not following theses directions may be dropped from both courses.
