This pre-student teaching experience provides students with the opportunity to work with children from 3-8 years old who are receiving special education services in a public school setting. Students will apply content from multiple courses by completing assignments in their placement. Documentation of hours and a final evaluation by the cooperating teacher are required.
Other Requirements: PREREQ: ADMISSION TO PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AND (EARLY CHILDHOOD/EARLY CHILDHOOD SPECIAL EDUCATION MAJOR) COREQ: CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT IN EDUINDP 376 AND SPECED 445
