In conjunction with CIFLD 762 Clinical Experience (6 credits) placement, this course provides opportunities for students to develop skills in analyzing, describing, and evaluating their teaching performance. Through individual observation and writing, informal data gathering, and representation, students will apply principles derived from theory and research to their field experience. Reflection on teaching in light of the Wisconsin Teaching Standard will promote continuous growth and improvement in the ability of our teacher candidates to support diverse learners in their acquisition of knowledge.
