Legal Research Methods explores the theoretical and empirical issues that confront scholars of judicial politics. This course is designed to provide students with an in-depth overview of the most important methods political scientists use for studying the behavior of judges and other law and courts actors. One of the significant components of the course is to teach you how to conduct social science research on courts and the law.

Other Requirements: PREREQ: POLISCI 240 AND MINIMUM SOPHOMORE STANDING
