ADVANCED PRACTICUM - COSTUME DESIGN/TECHNICIAN

Participation as Costume Designer or Lead Shop Technician for a University Theatre/Dance department production. For designers duties include, but are not limited to, attendance at all production meetings, director consultations, and technical rehearsals; completion of all design research and paperwork; supervising the design as it moves through the shop. Lead Shop Technician duties include, but are not limited to, consultation with the costume designer, completion of all construction research and paperwork, and supervision of the costume shop activities in the implementation of the design. In general, 50 hours of participation are expected per 1 unit.
