Participation a Lighting Designer or Head Electrician on a University Theatre/Dance department production. For designers this includes, but is not limited to, attendance at all production meetings and technical rehearsals, as well rehearsal observation and consultation at light hang, focus, and note sessions. Designer will prepare all required drawings and paperwork. Head Electrician duties include, but are not limited to, planning and supervision of light hang, focus, and note sessions in close collaboration with the production's lighting designer. In general, 50 hours of participation are expected per 1 unit.
