ESL methods and curriculum will provide students with the background to develop or select appropriate curricula and to design materials which enhance language learning. The approach to curricular design and materials development is one that is learner centered. This course includes a field experience in the schools in addition to regularly scheduled class meetings.
Other Requirements: PREREQ: CIGENRL 350/ESL 350, CIGENRL 310/ESL 310 AND CIGENRL 320/ESL 320 OR CONSENT OF INSTRUCTOR

|This is a community-based learning class that will engage students in collaborative learning experiences with partner community organizations. It is possible that part of the work you perform with your community partner will occur off campus. Your professor will provide more details on the first day of class.|
