This course presents advanced strength training and conditioning theory and practice. Designed primarily for students' specilaizing in strength and conditioning, the course explores advanced periodization models and their utilization, mastery and analysis of Olympic lifts, plyometric programming, ergogenic aids (identification, legal implications, nutritional alternatives,) facility design, and special population needs.
