PRINCIPLES OF OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting technique and program design. Designed primarily of students' specializing in strength and conditioning, the course explores the theoretical underpinnings of the Olympic weightlifing movements and its uses in athletic preparation and general fitness.
