Leadership Mil Sci & Aerospace 440
A four-week summer practicum in advanced leadership development and assessment. Emphasis is on problem analysis, decision making, planning, organizing, controlling and group dynamics. Students will experience both the stress and satisfaction of being a manager/leader in challenging positions of authority and responsibility. Prereq: Consent of department chairperson.
