This course focuses on the organization of the language arts program in the elementary/middle grades with emphases on common functions of listening, speaking, reading and writing as elements of effective communication.
Other Requirements: PREREQ: PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION ADMISSION. RESTRICTED TO STUDENTS WITH CURRICULUM ELEMENTARY EDUCATION MAJOR

Classes will break for field study experience and will resume Monday, December 3, 2007. Section 1 classes will run all semester long during the scheduled time. Classes other than field study should not be scheduled between 8:00 am and 12:30 pm.
