This course covers the basic features and valuation of a wide variety of fixed income securities, along with their derivatives, and alternative investments. It focuses on the fixed income securities valuation and the pricing and valuation of their derivatives. In addition, it focuses on the valuation and investment strategies involving hedge funds, private equity funds, commodities, and REITs.

Other Requirements: PREREQ: FNBSLW 718, OR FNBSLW 344 WITH A GRADE OF "C" OR BETTER, OR EQUIVALENT CLASS; MUST BE ADMITTED TO A COBE GRADUATE DEGREE PROGRAM
