SOCIAL STUDIES STUDENT TEACHING, MIDDLE LEVEL
2024 Fall Term
Curriculum & Instruction Field 422
Being involved in a middle school classroom enables students to apply theoretical understandings regarding positive discipline approaches for students and the adaptation of both curriculum and the environment to meet individual needs and abilities. In collaboration with the Office of Clinical Experience, students will be placed in a clinical experience at the middle level. It is expected that reflective thinking will assist the student in accommodating her/his beliefs and knowledge of theory to classroom realities.
