The course reviews the basics of equity valuation, the different approaches to valuation, and the different definitions of value. Specifically, students are exposed to return concepts such as required returns, asset pricing factors, beta estimation, and WACC.
Other Requirements: PREREQ: FNBSLW 718, OR FNBSLW 344 WITH A GRADE OF "C" OR BETTER, OR EQUIVALENT CLASS; MUST BE ADMITTED TO A COBE GRADUATE DEGREE PROGRAM
