JOURNALISM CAPSTONE: PUBLIC AFFAIRS

This senior-level course brings together those skills of writing, reporting and media production. Assignments will focus on coverage of government, including meetings and public documents. Each student will produce a capstone project in text, audio, video, still photography or a hybrid of those media.

Other Requirements: PREREQ: JOURNLSM 227 AND JOURNLSM 237 AND SR STANDING OR CONSENT OF DEPT CHAIR; RESTRICTED TO STUDENTS WITH MAJOR OF JOURNLSM W/BROADCAST/PRINT/WEB EMPH OR W/INTERNATIONAL JOURNLSM EMPH OR WITH A MINOR OF JOURNLSM COREQ: JOURNLSM 309 AND JOURNLSM 420
