The course emphasizes the processes and procedures necessary in the management of food services operations, school transportation operations and plant/maintenance operations.
Other Requirements: PREREQ: RESTRICTED TO STUDENTS ADMITTED TO THE SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT DEGREE PROGRAM.
