Curriculum & Instruction Gen 470
Discussion and writing about practical issues of teaching as experienced in the full-time directed teaching semester. Incorporates presentations and panels by experienced educators as well as large- and small-group interaction to promote reflection and inform beginning teachers.
Repeatable.

The Student Teacher Seminar meets for one evening and three full-days during the semester. The course is designed for student that are currently student teaching. Content of the course will focus on support for the edTPA assessment that teacher candidates are required to complete during the student teaching semester. In addition, there will be some strategies presented that will help students in their current student teaching assignment as well as preparing them for future employment.
