This course includes a detailed investigation of the primary infrastructure components of modern informatin systems. In particular the course focuses on computer hardware and networking components, infrastructure troubleshooting methodologies and tools, and networking protocols.

Other Requirements: PREREQ: BUSINESS MAJOR, 2.50 COMBINED CUMULATIVE GPA AND 24 CREDITS; FOR ALL OTHER MAJORS, 2.00 GPA AND 24 CREDITS
