An introduction to the techniques and aesthetics of printmaking. This study is grounded in the disciplines associated with the techniques of intaglio. Specifically, this includes drypoint, aquatint, and etching. In addition, alternative processes are demonstrated and applied in the study of monoprinting. Fullfills printmaking requirement.
Other Requirements: PREREQ: 6 CREDITS FROM ARTSTDIO 102, ARTSTDIO 201, ARTSTDIO 202 OR CONSENT OF INSTRUCTOR
