Following a case-based approach, this course identifies a firm's competencies as the building blocks of strategies that may be implemented to make the firm competitive in a global business environment. Students apply analytical frameworks and managerial analytics to inform strategic decision-making in a global environment, as well as assess a company’s industry structure and external business environment using strategic analytic tools. Students learn to synthesize conceptual frameworks and real-world business scenarios, making optimal strategic recommendations and communicating these insights effectively in managerial contexts.
Other Requirements: PREREQ: MUST BE ADMITTED TO A COBE GRADUATE DEGREE OR CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
