This course focuses on the applications and ethical considerations of text mining and generative AI. Emphasis is placed on identifying and applying appropriate text-mining techniques for specific business problems and interpreting the validity and utility of the results, including ethical externalities. Students will use data mining software to gain practical experience. It will also extend these concepts to generative AI, covering the theories powering AI and its ethical implications. Students will use generative AI to develop business deliverables and tools applicable in a variety of contexts.

Other Requirements: PREREQ: MUST BE ADMITTED TO A COBE GRADUATE DEGREE OR DATA ANALYTICS CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
