This course explores theories and practical applications in educational planning to optimize learning environments. Topics include needs assessment, curriculum development, resource allocation, and strategic planning. Participants learn to analyze data, set goals, and design comprehensive educational plans aligned with school and district missions and standards. Emphasis is placed on fostering equity, inclusivity, and responsiveness to diverse student needs. Through case studies and collaborative projects, participants develop skills in stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and evaluating planning initiatives. This course prepares aspiring leaders to lead effectively in educational planning, ensuring coherent, evidence-based strategies for school and district level improvement and student achievement.
