Topics include needs assessment, curriculum development, resource allocation, and strategic planning. Participants learn to analyze data, set goals, and design comprehensive educational plans aligned with school and district missions and standards. Emphasis is placed on fostering equity, inclusivity, and responsiveness to diverse student needs. Through case studies and collaborative projects, participants develop skills in stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and evaluating planning initiatives.
