Definition of function & sequence; linear & nonlinear functions & graphs including logarithmic & exponential functions; systems of linear equations & Gauss-Jordan method; theory of polynomial equations; conic sections & optional topics such as mathematical induction, matrix solution of linear systems & Cramer's rule.

Other Requirements: PREREQ: A GRADE OF C OR BETTER IN MAT 103B OR MAT 105 OR PLACEMENT BASED ON PLACEMENT TEST SCORES
